Faced with the difficult choice of our daughters remaining at a perfectly good state school in the Isle of Man, we chose to send them to King William’s College to study the International Baccalaureate. The events of the past months have presented many challenges for everyone involved in the Creative Arts, both here and around the globe.
On Friday 16th October, we had the pleasure of welcoming back Dr Mike Hoy to College as part of the Sixth Form’s ‘Manxness Afoot’ Lecture Series.
On the 10th of November the Sixth Form had the huge privilege of listening to Dr Chris Jagus speaking about the brain and the paranormal.
KWC Rugby, hockey and netball teams flew the Manx flag high in Guernsey for an action-packed weekend of sport, while the we hosted intermediate and junior sides in return.
