Past Parents’ Association

Our community is part of what makes King William’s College and The Buchan School so special.  Parents play such a vital role in School life and it is important that we maintain that connection, even after their children have left. Therefore we have established a Past Parents' Association.

The Association is open to all past parents whose children are members of the King William’s College Society.  As a parent you will automatically become a member when your children leave the School, unless you choose to opt out.  If you are not already receiving correspondence from us, please contact the External Relations Office.

There is no charge to join; membership of the Association is included in the Alumni Society subs paid while your child is at School.

Communication with members will be done primarily by email, so please keep this up to date by contacting the External Relations team.

As a member of the Association you will be invited to School events, including the Christmas Carol Services, school plays and sports fixtures, as well as to a number of alumni events.  You will also be kept up to date with School news through a termly newsletter and can request a copy of the Barrovian magazine from the External Relations Office.

We hope that members will become active in our Ambassadors' Programme and involved in our Mentoring Programme or Internship Scheme.

If you would like to learn more about the association or get involved, please email or call +44 (0)1624 820470.
