The Royal Air Force Section follows the prescribed Air Cadet Proficiency syllabus, including airmanship and navigation. Essential qualities, like self-discipline, teamwork and leadership,are developed through the conduction of practical leadership tasks and navigation activities. Cadets have the opportunity to take part in Air Experience Flights , predominantly gliding at VGS Salmesbury as part of a day trip across to England.
